Ballet Grade 1 Ages 7–9 builds on the fundamentals of ballet while introducing more structured technique and vocabulary. Students develop proper posture, alignment, coordination, balance, flexibility, and musicality through barre exercises, center work, and simple combinations. This class focuses on refining basic ballet skills, increasing strength and confidence, and encouraging discipline and artistic expression in a supportive, positive environment.
